Al Salam Radio is affiliated with the Orthodox Archdiocese of Akkar. It was launched by His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios Mansour on December 20, 2011. The station aims to broadcast Orthodox hymns and Eastern heritage in particular, while also embracing Western heritage and meaningful music.
